Your Smile. Your Confidence. That Is Our Passion
Losing your teeth doesn’t just affect your smile—it impacts how you eat, speak, and feel about yourself. Whether it’s caused by trauma, gum disease, or genetics, tooth loss can be physically painful and emotionally exhausting.
And while bridges, crowns, or removable dentures are common fixes, they often feel unnatural and come with frustrating limitations.
That’s why more people in Corpus Christi are choosing All-on-4® dentures. This permanent solution looks, feels, and functions like real teeth—restoring comfort, confidence, and your ability to enjoy life without worry.
There is, however, a solution that is both permanent and feels, looks, and functions just like natural teeth.
All On Four® Full Mouth Reconstruction in Corpus Christi is becoming more and more popular as patients become aware of their superior fit, form, and function.
4822 Holly Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78411
All-on-4® dentures do require a higher upfront investment than traditional options—but what you get in return is life-changing. While removable dentures can cost just as much (or more) over time with relines, replacements, and constant upkeep, All-on-4® offers long-term stability with far fewer complications.
These implants are built to last—stronger than natural teeth and designed to serve you well for 20 years or more with proper care.
If you’re missing most or all of your teeth, All-on-4® dentures are the most complete, lasting solution available. It’s not just about looks—it helps preserve your jawbone, protect your facial structure, and restore full chewing and speaking function.
To be a candidate, you’ll need healthy gums, enough jawbone to support the implants, and a willingness to maintain good oral hygiene and regular dental visits. If you qualify, the benefits are unmatched.
Here’s how it works: four implants are placed in the jaw and used to permanently secure a custom-made denture. Unlike traditional dentures, this new smile doesn’t move, slip, or come out. It’s fixed, secure, and feels like your own teeth.
Because it’s a surgical procedure, there is a short recovery window. A temporary set of teeth will be provided so you can enjoy function and comfort during healing.

You already know suffering from missing teeth can be a difficult ordeal. However, even though going to an All on Four® specialist may seem a bit nerve-racking, it is hands down the best option for restoring your smile and preventing further oral damage.
Advanced techniques used here at Vela Dental Centers along with state-of-the-art technology have made Dr. Vela a highly sought-after referral for full mouth reconstruction in Corpus. So that you feel a bit more comfortable with the process, let us give you a rundown of what goes on when you visit Vela Dental Centers for your procedure.
It all begins with a one-on-one visit with Dr. Vela. We’ll talk about your goals, medical and dental history, and evaluate whether All-on-4® is the right fit for you. X-rays and impressions are taken to map out your treatment plan with precision.
During the consultation, you will receive a comprehensive examination which usually involves a review of your medical and dental history. X-rays will be administered and impressions of your teeth and gums will be taken so we can create models.
Occasionally, if circumstances deem it necessary, we will order a CT scan as well. This entire process allows us to see how much jawbone is still intact, as well as locate nerve endings, we don’t want to disturb during the process.
The results of the CT scan may indeed show that there isn’t enough jawbone to begin surgery, and, in that case, we may discuss options like bone grafting to build up the jawbone.
If there is enough jawbone to perform the surgery, the next phase kicks in and this is where the implants are actually placed into the jawbone.
This is accomplished by drilling a hole into the jawbone to insert the post. Accurate placement is of utmost importance and is achieved with a plastic surgical guide that is manufactured to meet the needs of your procedure.
You won’t leave empty-handed. A temporary denture is placed the same day so you can eat, smile, and speak with confidence while your implants heal.
Once the implants have healed, your permanent prosthetic is placed and will feel natural, look natural, and function like normal teeth.
